Eligibility & Restrictions :
The following eligibility and restriction terms apply to Murphy Aircraft marketing campaigns, prize draws and giveaway promotions (“giveaway campaigns”), unless a specific campaign page states otherwise.
Eligibility
The giveaway campaign is open to Murphy Aircraft owners and builders worldwide, except where prohibited by law. In certain regions, including Quebec and California, participants may not be eligible to receive prizes and may instead receive a special discount as described below.
Age Requirement
Participants must be at least 18 years old to comply with local regulations.
Skill-Testing Question
To claim a prize or discount, selected participants must correctly answer a skill-testing question as required under Canadian contest law.
Notification
The winner will be notified by email using the contact details provided and announced in the Murphy Aircraft newsletter.
Legal Compliance & Restricted Regions
The giveaway campaign is void where prohibited by law. This includes Quebec and California, where local regulations restrict participation in certain sweepstakes and giveaways. In these regions, eligible participants may receive a special discount as an alternative to the advertised prize.
Shipping and Fees
Shipping is free to most regions for physical prizes (such as T-shirts).
Participants are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import fees or taxes in their jurisdiction.
If shipping to a specific region is not feasible, Murphy Aircraft may offer a special discount as an alternative to the prize.
Drawing Date
Unless specified otherwise on the campaign page, the drawing date for most giveaway campaigns will be the last Friday of each month at 12:00 noon (Vancouver time, Pacific Time).
Disqualification
Murphy Aircraft reserves the right to disqualify participants who provide false or misleading information, violate campaign rules, or attempt to manipulate or interfere with the giveaway campaign.
Privacy & Use of Content
All personal information collected will be used solely for administering the giveaway campaign and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Submitted content, including aircraft photos, stories or testimonials, may be used by Murphy Aircraft for marketing and promotional purposes, online and in print, with credit to the participant where applicable.
Changes to These Terms
Murphy Aircraft may update or modify these eligibility and restriction terms at any time. The version posted on this page at the time of entry will apply to that giveaway campaign.
