Eligibility & Restrictions:

Eligibility: The giveaway is open to Murphy Aircraft owners and builders worldwide who participate in the campaign.
Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old to comply with local regulations.
Skill-Testing Question: To claim the prize or discount, participants must correctly answer a skill-testing question, as required by Canadian law.
Notification: The winner will be notified by email and announced in the next newsletter.
Legal Compliance: The giveaway is void where prohibited by law. This includes Quebec and California, where local regulations restrict participation in sweepstakes and giveaways. In these regions, a special discount will be offered as an alternative to the prize.
Shipping and Fees:

Drawing Date: Unless specified otherwise, the drawing date for most campaigns will be the last Friday of the month at 12:00 noon Vancouver time (Pacific Time Zone).
